Some of our Services may be used without revealing any personal information, and for most of the Services, personal information is essential. We may also collect 'Non-Personal Information' (i.e., information that cannot be used to identify you). Non-Personal Information includes information like the crashes and performance of the app that you use on your device. In order to access certain features and benefits on our Services, you may need to submit 'Personally Identifiable Information' i.e., information that can be used to identify you (as described below). Inaccurate information may affect your ability to use the Services, the information you receive when using the Services, and our ability to contact you. For example, your phone number, address and email address should be kept valid because these may be the primary channels through which we communicate with you. The Battery Vyapar collects several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:
Your Personally Identifiable Information- Personally Identifiable Information is the information that can be associated with a specific person and could be used to identify that specific person whether from that data, or from the data and other information that we have, or is likely to have access to. We do not consider Personally Identifiable Information to include information that has been made anonymous or aggregated so that it can no longer be used to identify a specific person, whether in combination with other information or otherwise. Personally Identifiable Information can include, but not be limited to, information such as your name, your business name (eg. factory name, shop name etc.), phone number either of yours or your business, email id either of yours or your business, website address url of your business, GSTIN of your business, 4-digit PIN and data backup password, the images of your businesses or products that you would provide in this app. However, the collection of email id, website address, GSTIN, data backup password and images are totally optional. But, you must have to provide your name, your business name, phone number, address and 4-digit PIN. We also collect Survey and Research Data as when you respond to a survey or take part in user research, we collect and use the personal data you provide. We also collect Payment and Purchase Data as when you take subscription in Battery Vyapar. The exact personal data collected and used will vary depending on the payment method. It will include information such as name, phone number, email id, payment method type (e.g. credit, debit card or UPI), if using a debit or credit card, the card type, expiration date, and certain digits of your card number (Note: For security, we never store your full card number), ZIP/postal code, details of your purchase and payment history etc.
Non-Personal Information- We may automatically collect certain information about the computer or devices (including mobile devices) you use to access the Services, and about your use of the Services, even if you use the Services without registering or logging in such as the IP Address. We collect the details of your use of our Services, its configurations, including traffic data, app, event and system logs, performance reports, crash reports and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through our Services. We also collect the information about your device and its system such as device manufacturer, model, technical specifications (e.g. operating system version, display specifications, CPU and Memory specifications, native libraries support, Google Play services version), etc.
The Battery Vyapar does not collects several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:
Scanner's camera data- To scan the QR code, this app uses your device's back facing camera (with auto-focus and flash-light features) with your permission. Live stream from your camera is not transferred anywhere, and we do not store or record media (audio/video) of any kind, and do not capture images of any kind automatically. When you click on the capture button, then only we capture and store the image on our backend. The device's camera is activated only when the scanner for this app is in the foreground (when you are using the scanner feature of this app). When this app is in the background (paused or completely closed) the camera and its data are not used or processed in any way.
Many privacy laws give rights to individuals over their personal data. These laws include the General Data Protection Regulation, or 'GDPR'.
Some rights only apply when Battery Vyapar uses a certain 'legal basis' to process your data. We explain each legal basis, and when Battery Vyapar uses each one, in Section 5 'Our purpose for using your personal data'.

Some personal information such as your name, business name, phone number and address can be shared with other members (customers, dealers, employees or administrators) using this app.
You will NOT able to control this behaviour since it is required for functionality of the Battery Vyapar app.
We are very strict about your personal data. We do NOT sell your personal data. We collect your personal data for the functionality of the app. We may use your personal data such as phone number to send you messages about the upcoming offers and products.
Battery Vyapar App may uses the third party servers and databases. Your use of these features may result in the collection, processing or sharing of information about you, depending on the feature. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other servers and databases or services which may be linked on the Battery Vyapar Services. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites or services.
