Battery Vyapar Data Deletion

Thank you for using this app. We hope that you are enjoying Battery Vyapar App. We strongly respect privacy of our users and security of their data. This page will provide clear steps describing how you will able to delete your data and what type of data we may retain even after deletion.

How to request to delete your data

The steps below describe procedure that you must follow to delete your data-

• 1. Write a email to legal@batteryvyapar.com regarding your deletion request.
• 2. Clearly mention the subject in email as "Data deletion request"
• 3. Clearly mention your name and phone number in body of email.
• 4. You can optionally attach the screenshot of the app with your phone number clearly mentioned. This may help you to make the verification process faster.

Subject: Data deletion request
Body: Hi, I am YOUR_NAME (YOUR_PHONE), I want to delete my data for my privacy reasons. PROVIDE_YOUR_BREIF_DETAILS. So, Please delete my data as soon as possible.
Attachment: SCREENSHOT_OF_APP (optional)

Once you have completed above steps, we will reach you and verify your identity via any legal/valid means. We will reach you within 7 business days.

Once your identity has been verified, we will begin the process to delete your data. The time involved in deletion will be depend upon the amount of data. It may typically be deleted within 10 minutes. Once, the data deletion process is completed, we will notify you via email about the data that we have deleted and the data that we have kept.

Which data we may retain and that data which we erause permanently

We will COMPLETELY ERAUSE ALL your personal information such as your name, your phone number, your email id, your website URL, your GST identification number, your address including state and district from our third party Google Cloud servers.

We will COMPLETELY ERAUSE ALL uploading photos/images using this app from our third party Google Cloud servers.

We may retain your scanned data for batteries, statistics produced during scanning of batteries, device ids of your device, crash logs and app diagnostics reports.

We will sent you a final confirmation of what's your data we have deleted and retained.
